Terms of Service

Palettewell analyzes a photo and quiz answers to produce a personal seasonal color report — your palette, colors to avoid, and makeup / hair / wardrobe direction — plus an optional credit-based try-on studio. It is style and entertainment guidance, not a medical, dermatological, or diagnostic service, and results are subjective by nature.

• All purchases are one-time charges — there is no subscription.
• The core report includes try-on credits; additional credit packs can be purchased in the studio. Credits have no cash value and don’t expire.
• Because the report is delivered instantly and personalized, refunds are handled case-by-case — write to hello@palettewell.com within 14 days.

You keep all rights to your photo. You grant us only the processing needed to run the analysis and try-on you request, under the handling described in our Privacy Policy (encrypted, owner-only, deleted within 30 days or sooner at your request). Upload only photos of yourself, or with the subject’s permission.

The “shop your palette” section may contain affiliate links, always marked with a disclosure. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Don’t abuse the service (automated scraping, resale of reports as your own, attempting to access others’ data). We may suspend access for abuse.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
